Just so you can see that BootCamp Military Fitness isn't about screaming and shouting, its more about having a bit of fun....

The session took place on the 25th August 2010 at 09:15, the weather was lovely and wet, what more do you need? Clearly that cooler wetter weather frightened some people but the show always goes on for those lucky souls who still make it...
